EASY CHECK-IN

Your room is ready for occupancy from 4 pm. With the "Early Check-in" option, you can enjoy it from 12 noon (subject to availability). For even more convenience, you can also complete the check-in formalities from home - including a relaxed arrival.

CHECK-OUT

Every adventure comes to an end. We ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m. or book a late check-out. If you leave later, you can use the shower, changing room and luggage storage facilities in the hotel.

Ski pass

With the Alpin Card, you have access to 408 kilometres of pistes!
In addition to the unique Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in Kaprun, you also have access to the pistes of the Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See) and the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.
You can conveniently purchase ski passes directly from us at the hotel.

Pets

Your four-legged companion is also very welcome here.
We are happy to provide a comfortable dog cushion and two dog bowls (without food).
The surcharge for dogs is Euro 20 per night.

WE LOVE CHILDREN

For our youngest guests - babies and toddlers up to 3 years - we are happy to provide a baby cot in the room for a surcharge of EUR 10.

Ski hire

Save up to 12% on your ski equipment! Get your setup for your ski day from our partner Bründl Sport in Kaprun and start your adventure without stress. You can pick up your skis directly at the top of the Kitzsteinhorn in the Alpine Centre or at the Maiskogelbahn lift - and then you can hit the slopes straight away! 🚠✨

With the Skischule Oberschneider you will learn everything - from your first turn to the perfect style in the powder. No matter what age, whether you're a beginner or already really fit: the pros will take you to the next level. Book a course, strap on your skis and get started.

LOCAL TAX

An additional local tax of Euro 2.55 per night/person (from 15 years) will be charged on completion of the booking.

CHARGING STATION

You will find charging stations for electric vehicles directly in the underground car park.

PARKING SPACE

Our hotel has an outdoor car park and a garage. An outdoor parking space costs Euro 5 and a garage space Euro 15 per night.
